Once we receive your request, our team will confirm your booking details and provide an estimate before your scheduled cleaning.


You are not required to be home during your cleaning service. Many of our clients choose to provide access instructions ahead of time, allowing our professional cleaners to begin work even if you’re away.


For convenience and security, many clients also provide lock boxes or door codes for entry. If you prefer, you may also rent a lock box from King’s Cleaning Services for a monthly fee, offering a simple and secure way to grant access.


Your security and privacy are always our top priority, and all access details are handled with the utmost confidentiality.


All prices provided are estimates only. Final costs may vary depending on your property size, condition, and specific cleaning needs. An itemized estimate will always be shared with you before service begins for your review and approval.


King’s Cleaning Services currently accepts the following payment methods:


  • Credit and Debit Cards (most major providers)
  • Zelle
  • ACH Transfers (for company or business clients)
  • Checks (accepted from corporate or commercial clients only)
  • Cash

All payments are due upon completion of service, unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement. 


Future Payment Options

We are exploring additional flexible payment options, including Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna, which allow clients to split payments into manageable installments.

These platforms may include service fees or credit checks as part of their approval process. Should King’s Cleaning Services choose to offer these payment methods in the future, full details and terms will be clearly outlined in our payment policy and on our website.


We understand that plans can change. You can cancel, skip, or reschedule for free if done at least 24 hours before your appointment.


If changes are made with less notice, a small fee may apply. Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details.


If our cleaning professionals are unable to access your property due to incorrect entry instructions or no one being present, the service will be charged in full as a missed appointment.

If you prefer we use specific products (for example, hypoallergenic or eco-friendly cleaners), please let us know in advance. 


Yes! All our professional cleaners are background-checked, trained, and insured.
