At King's Cleaning Services we do our very best to be flexible, but we do have some rules and regulations. First, it's important to know that you can skip, reschedule, or cancel any booking for free with at least a 24 hours notice. You also have the right to permanently cancel your cleaning plan for free, with the same notice.
To skip, reschedule, or cancel a booking with short notice can cause King's Cleaning Services and our professional cleaning staff to lose valuable work. If you make a change to a booking within 24 hours or more you will not be charged a fee, but if changes to your booking are made 24 hours to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time you will be charged a fee.
If it gets down to the wire, and you need to skip or cancel within two hours or less, the charge for the booking will still be processed and won't be refunded. You can not reschedule a booking with less than two hours until the start time has arrived or passed. Once the appointment has been missed you may schedule another cleaning.
Please do not forget about a booking. We'll send you a reminder email, as well as text messages, but if your professional cleaners are unable to get in the door because you aren't home or your entry instructions are wrong, you'll be charged in full for the booking.
If you selected a cleaning plan with a minimum commitment, you’re subject to a $100 cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your cleaning plan prior to the expiration of the term.
