Cancellation Policy

At King’s Cleaning Services, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and schedule of our professional cleaning team.


Free Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may skip, reschedule, or cancel your cleaning appointment for free with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled time.


You may also permanently cancel your cleaning plan free of charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your next scheduled service.


Short-Notice Changes

When a booking is changed or canceled on short notice, it affects our team’s ability to schedule other clients. To ensure fairness, the following fees apply:


Non-Rotational Customers 

  • 24 hours or more before appointment - FREE
  • 2 to 24 hours before appointment - $100.00
  • Less than 2 hours before appointment - Full booked amount


Rotational Customers (Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly Plans)

  • 24 hours or more before the appointment - FREE
  • 2 to 24 hours before appointment - $50.00
  • Less than 2 hours before appointment- $100.00


Missed Appointments

If our cleaning team arrives at your property and is unable to gain access due to incorrect entry instructions or no one being present, you will be charged in full for the scheduled service.


Minimum Commitment Plans

If you are on a cleaning plan with a minimum service commitment, canceling before the end of the agreed term will result in a $100 early cancellation fee for residential clients.


Commercial clients must provide a 30-day notice prior to cancellation and will be required to pay 15% of the remaining balance of their contract.
