At King’s Cleaning Services an estimate is only an estimate. Our estimates are never a finalized quote of what our service may cost. This is solely due to the amount of time that may be required to complete each task needed/wanted by the customer.
If at any time after our two hour minimum the customer decides to end services, they may do so. The Customer will still be charged the two hour minimum price as stated in the given estimate, as well as be charged for any time services where rendered after the two hour minimum if cleaning exceeded the minimum requirement.. Please keep in mind, the two hour minimum is only pertaining to the Customers who receive a Royalty, King’s or Queen’s cleaning. All rotational Customers, which include daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly may end a service at any time and are only required to pay for the time at which services were provided, meaning, if services where canceled on a scheduled service date payment for that date will still be applied. Please reference our cancellation policy for more detail. If a contract has been set in place please reference your contract.
All Customers will receive an email and/or printed out itemized list within the estimate given at all times. Estimates may include notes pertaining to the services that will be provided. You have the opportunity to approve or reject any estimate received.
