Estimate Policy

At King’s Cleaning Services, all provided estimates are intended as approximations only and do not represent a final or fixed quote. The total cost of our cleaning services may vary depending on the actual time, scope, and level of work required to complete the requested tasks.

Minimum Service Time

A two-hour minimum applies to customers who book Royalty, King’s, or Queen’s Cleaning packages.

If you choose to end the service at any time after the two-hour minimum, you will be charged for the minimum service time as stated in your estimate, plus any additional time that services were rendered beyond the two-hour minimum.

Rotational Customers

For customers on a rotational plan (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly services), you may end a service at any time and will be charged only for the time during which cleaning services were performed.

However, if a scheduled service date is canceled on short notice, payment for that service date may still apply in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

If a contract has been established, please refer to your Service Agreement for specific terms.

Estimate Details and Approval

All customers will receive an itemized estimate via email and/or a printed copy, detailing the proposed services and costs.

Each estimate may include notes or special instructions relevant to your cleaning request.
You will have the opportunity to review, approve, or decline any estimate provided before service is confirmed.
